Across 318 McDonald’s restaurants in August last year, our technology flagged over 1900 issues with kitchen machinery each month – over 250 of these were major concerns that posed an immediate risk to product quality and the ability to operate.

Many of these problems wouldn’t otherwise have been be identifiable until a total machine breakdown or a customer complaint.

Our technology prevented prolonged temperature (cooling and heating) errors including rising walk-in freezer temperature, power malfunctions including from PCB relay failures, loss of water to drinks machines, and many other major faults including:
